At Rootelle, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, opened or used hair care products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rootelle.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@rootelle.com.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
